Today in the guest chair we welcome Tracey Pickett, Founder of Hairbrella, an innovative rain hat combining fashion and function to protect women’s hair from the rain.
Tracey had dreams of being a lawyer as a young girl and went on to graduate from law school. She pursued a legal career at a Fortune 5 technology company working in the areas of corporate and intellectual property law.
In addition to wanting to be a lawyer, she also had aspirations to pursue entrepreneurship. So, like a true side hustler, she was an attorney by day and spent nights and weekends developing her passion for entrepreneurship.
In today’s episode, Tracey shares how she left her job to launch Hairbrella. She gets deep into the details of what it took to create and sell a product that is both functional and stylish.
